Inwardly Alone
So we came into our world,
Each of us, inwardly alone,
Even if with a sibling twin,
We're alone in
mind, flesh and bone
All throughout
our daily lives,
Living with
families and friends,
Together for
many a while,
Outward company
never ends
But when we get
to near the end,
Beckoned to a different zone,
We will then exit
our world,
Each of us,
inwardly alone.
